| Goal | $1 per 1,000 views | The simulator starts at $5.74 on assumed inputs. The gap is the work. Target is Proposed. |

History
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid engine next to it. This is the same playbook pointed at Khalo's pastes: a weekly brief, a small roster, hooks tested one at a time. I have not run an Ayurvedic cooking-paste brand, so the first month is learning, and I will say so in the reports.

- views on one reel

Part 3 of 11
Principles
One number to protect
Cost per 1,000 views, with $1 as the Proposed target. Every creator, format and bonus is judged against it, not against how the video looks.
One variable per test
Each brief changes one thing: the hook, the dish or the first three seconds. Seven videos per creator per week gives enough to read.
Losers killed early
A format that stalls after its first batch gets pulled and replaced. The $15,000 monthly ceiling is a limit, not a budget to spend.
Claims stay on the sheet
Creators say what the pastes are and how to use them. Anything about what the food does to the body goes back for a rewrite before posting.

One channel for everything
#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
MayaMon 8:30 AM
This week's brief: cook with the Spicy and Savory Duo and show the one-tablespoon-then-taste move. Seven videos each. Change only the hook between takes.
JoMon 11:10 AM
Can I use the line about 5,000 years of Ayurvedic tradition in my caption?
Yes, word for word and as the brand's own line. Nothing about what it does to the body. Your reviewer will check the caption.
Weekly reportAppMon 9:00 AM
Last week: strongest format was the takeout upgrade. The salad format stalled and is pulled. Next test: a new first line on the Trio video.
MayaTue 2:15 PM
Draft two goes back. The hook promises a result for your body. Rewrite it around flavor and add the paid-partnership label before it goes live.
SamThu 6:40 PM
The taco night video just passed 100,000 views, all organic.
Logged. That is the one $50 bonus for the month. We send it to paid next week.
Check botAppFri 9:30 AM
Check: all drafts this week carry the partnership label, quote only the claims sheet, and show prices as the site does, $40.00 Duo or $66.00 Trio.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.
Part 4 of 11
Formats

Brief 01
Open, stir, eat
“Open it, stir it, dinner is done.”
Top-down on the jar and pan. Show the lid coming off, one tablespoon going in, and a first taste to camera.

Brief 02
Takeout upgrade
“I stirred this into my takeout order.”
Start with the delivery box on the counter. Spoon the paste over it, then taste on camera and react honestly.

Brief 03
Taco night
“Taco night, one jar, no spice rack.”
Handheld in the kitchen. Build the taco, show the paste going on, finish with the first bite.

Brief 04
Salad swap
“My salad dressing is now a spoonful of this.”
Greens in a bowl, paste stirred in, toss and eat. Keep it to one take with natural light.

Brief 05
Salmon in one pan
“Two tablespoons on salmon, then walk away.”
Pan on the stove, coat the fillets, cook, plate. The recipe amounts are on the site; say them as written.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Just open, stir & use to add flavor to your fave food & recipes.”, “Use the ingredients you have, eat the food you love & celebrate cultural dishes.”, “Khalo is a food company built around one simple belief: eating well should feel delicious, easy, and joyful.”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 5 of 11
Recruiting
Four sources in
Home-cook creators on short video
People who already film dinner in a real kitchen and cook with sauces and pastes. Easy to brief, quick to start.
Takeout and meal-hack accounts
The Duo's own page talks about takeout. Creators who upgrade delivery meals already speak that language.
Recipe and cultural-dish creators
The site says to celebrate cultural dishes. Creators who cook family recipes can show that without a script.
Ambassador page
The site has an AMBASSADORS label with a join offer for customers. I did not find a creator program page or terms in what I read.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Cooks on camera
Their feed shows real cooking, with hands, pans and tasting. No stock footage.
2Honest on taste
They say when something is too salty or needs more. That is what makes the video believable.
3Can follow a claims sheet
A test brief with the sheet attached. If the caption drifts off it, they are out.
4Posts on a schedule
Seven videos a week is the pace. Past consistency matters more than follower count.
5Clean category history
No past posts with body promises about food or supplements.

Pay
Starter
$300–600

For new creators with a small audience and a good kitchen. The ladder starts here.
Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000
a month, by band
For creators who hit the weekly pace and whose videos hold the first three seconds.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
For creators whose videos consistently get past the first test. They get the highest cap.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One bonus per creator per month. A creator who passes the line twice is paid once.
- The bonus is per video: one video, past 100,000 views, earns $50 flat.
- Organic views only. Views from ads on that video do not count toward the line.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even if it took off.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 8 of 11
Simulator
At the Assumption inputs the program costs $10,050 a month and lands at $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1. Either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 8 of 11, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Brief, sheet, first two creators
Claims sheet and the first brief go out. Two creators start, then two more each week up to ten over six weeks.
Month 1
Seven videos each, five formats
Each format gets its first batch. Reports show which hooks hold. Losers are pulled early and replaced.
Month 2
Cut to what works
Pay moves between bands based on results. The $50 bonus starts to show which videos are worth sending to paid.
Month 3
Full roster, tighter hooks
Ten creators, 303 videos a month. The hook library has real winners. The simulator is updated with measured numbers.
Day ninety
Read the cost against $1
We compare actual cost per 1,000 views with the $1 target. If it is still near $5.74, we change the mix, not the target.
Ceiling
$15,000 a month, bonuses excluded
All ten creators at the top cap is the most this program could cost. I do not plan to spend it unless the numbers say so.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Category
Food rules for every creator
Khalo sells seasoning pastes. Creators talk about taste, use and recipes. The page adds the not-legal-advice line.
No body claims
Do not say what the food does to the body or promise a result. Taste, speed and how to use it are the content.
Use the claims sheet
Quote only the three lines on the sheet, word for word. If you want to say something else, ask in the channel first.
Prices as shown
If you mention price, say $40.00 for the Spicy and Savory Duo Pack or $66.00 for the Trio Pack. Do not invent offers.
Recipe amounts as written
Say the amounts from the recipe pages: start with a tablespoon, then taste. Do not make up your own measurements.
Storage as the brand says
Say it is shelf-stable for up to 1 year and that once opened the brand recommends refrigerating it. Nothing more on storage.
Label every post
Mark every post as a paid partnership. A post without the label is taken down and earns no bonus.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
